Why did I not get points from an offer I completed?
If you successfully completed your offer and did not receive points for it, it may have been due to one or more of the following reasons:
- The offer may take up to 24 hours to complete.
- You completed the offer on another account or website.
- Not completing all steps in the offer's requirements. Example:
- Using VPNs.
- Using AdBlocker software.
- Using 3G/4G or other mobile communication standards could prevent your offer from completing.
